If you are like me, your talents are kind of like the rolling foot hills. High is some areas and abismally low in others. There are some things I can't do, even if I wanted to - portray a female voice.

But what if everyone involved in podiobook creation participated in a kind of "talent exchange". Someone else would read a chapter for me, and I'd provide them with sound editing to their recorded work, or eMarketing assistance to help launch their work.
