Up again, it seems. Glad to note it.

I was surprised to note that De La Torre: Ancient Rising had been taken off the shelf. Anyone with an idea why this might be? http://www.podiobooks.com/title/ancient-rising-1/ says either at author's request or slow submissions; but the author's w...

I really liked the music you used. It has fit perfectly for both Crescent and Eden.

It's nice. The incorrectly tagged once are almost impossible to follow without an extensive remapping.

Mike is right -- there are guidelines at the link he indicated. Some of the early books on our site may not have episodes that follow those standards, but the rest do. And he's also right that there are things that cause those tags to be overwrit...

Ahhh... so that's why some of them are so screwed up..

There is a guidelines already in place. You can look here http://www.podiobooks.com/authors.php BUT Some Podcast downloaders, iTunes I think, rename their files based on the tags of the Feed.

Are there any submission guidelines for the ID Tags of the Podiobooks? I have downloaded a lot of Podiobooks, and when I downloaded series, they were sometimes practically impossible to sort due to varying author tags, beginning to tag the episode...

That would usually be put under fair use. If you want to get some interesting lyrics, try looking at Jamendo.com. Lots of aspiring artists, a lot of good stuff there.

Here's where I made up the word: http://www.dragonpage.com/2005/04/11/lets-call-them-podiobooks/ It also covers the first three books. Podiobooks.com was started by me, Chris Miller & Tee Morris. You can use the Wayback machine to see prior ver...

[...] Incompetence is rewarded more often than not. I have to work with her anyway. So I have used my considerable charm to make her like me. Easier than you might think. Anybody can be charming if they don’t mind faking it, saying all the stupid, obvious, nauseating things that a conscience keeps most people from saying. Happily, I don’t have a conscience. I say them.

Yes! I understand. I am often jealous of peeps with jobs where they can just listen to podcasting all the time. I have to answer phones so it's a one ear headphone and the books just don't have the same effect! Grrrrr. :)
Happy listening!
And oh yes... A-ha has morphed so many times, I'm not sure who they are anymore but for some strange reason I enjoy it all!

Those guys are great! I'm glad you're enjoying PB.
I'm sorry... you probably get this a lot, but when I first saw your name, I thought of my favorite band! I love A-ha. Hhehee... and for an American to say that, it's rare. For some reason people just don't get them here. Do you hate them because of the name thing? I always thought Morten was a cool name. Do you know what I'm even talking about? Do you think I'm insane now?
