If I want to change the cover art for my book, do I just upload a new 144x212 image into LibSyn, or do I need to e-mail a copy to Evo Terra?

Totally get a website. I'd like to point out that if you're just starting out, there are a number of free options out there like Google Pages and Wikidot. I know it's silly, but my website is powered by Blogger.

What the other posters have said is right. We've got a decent community here; if you poke around on the boards, you should be able to find somebody who is willing to volunteer or work for barter.
