I may go back and listen to the end of that scene. I got such a feeling of DOOM I wimped out and fast-forwarded to the next segment.
Finished the story. I tried to make it last, but no. Your story comforted me in my time of head cold. cough sniffle I was worried about Danny for a while, but by the end his future was looking brighter.

Abbie said… - Oh, I forgot to mention: on A Softer World, if you let your cursor hover of the strip, you'll get a 4th line, which is kind of cool. Sometimes it's the funniest line of the strip, and sometimes it's kind of random, but the basic joke is always comprehensible without it (which I think is clever). I was reading the comic for probably 6 months before I discovered the secret 4th line.
