For those of you that like this sort of thing, the community site has a "Status" application that you can add to your page. This app displays your last few tweets.

http://community.podiobooks.com/opensocial/application/list?sort=po...

To see what it looks like you can look at My Page:

You can also insert the Twitter widget in to My Page, which usually works with other pages too. Example on My Page: http://community.podiobooks.com/profile/MikeSharpe

This sounds interesting, but I am not sure of the context.

Forgive my ignorance, but what is Twitter? I have added the application, but am not sure what else to do. I would like to be considered as a potential new author. I am starting with my novella, "Marker Stone." The second version of the first chapter is now available. Please let me know if there is anything specific that I should do.

Paul, no one answered your question, so I'll tackle it. http://www.twitter.com is what I'd call micro blogging. You create an account and you are given a page that you can minimally modify (background, color, icon) and you tweet or rather enter a momentary happening, such as "Going out to dinner with the in-laws. Hope they don't go on and on about my book.", "Back from dinner. In-laws were enthusiastic about my book. Thought for sure they would put that in the loser side of the tally." Only you have 140 characters to get your point across. It's also a great tool for social networking. More followers you have the more people you can instantly hit with updates about your book. "Just launched chapter 5. Intro by Scott Sigler. Listen to it now! http://tinyurl.com/adfaire"

Just sign up and it's easy to figure out.
